Teller:
Job description The position of Teller is responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties; accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals; assists with night depository duties; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
1. Receives retail and commercial checking and savings deposits by determining that all necessary deposit documents are in proper form, and issuing receipts.
2. Cashes checks, savings withdrawals and makes cash advances; confirms all necessary documents are properly authorized, are in proper form and are within authorized limits; makes decisions when questionable items are presented for cashing.
3. Assists with night depository duties; logging bags, processing deposits, making change orders, issuing receipts and returning bags to customers.
4. May assist in opening and closing the vault daily; assists in balancing vault currency and coin.
5. Operates computer terminal or personal computer to process account activity, determine balances, and resolve problems within given authority.
6. Issues official checks, traveler’s checks and savings bond applications.
7. Cross-sells the Bank’s other products and services, referring customers to appropriate staff as indicated.
Deposit Operations Analyst:

Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst to join our team that supports all back-office functions with concertation in transactional processing, account related transactional disputes and minor clerical accounting responsibilities. In this role you will be responsible for processing from start to finish all forms of customer transactional disputes, you will be expected to adhere to all applicable Federal Regulations, Bank Policy and network rules to successfully resolve transactional disputes. You will be responsible for processing wire transfers and other payment remittances. You will also be responsible for preparing and completing daily proofs and account reconciliations. The Deposit Operations Analyst is an integral part of our back-office operations and will work in concert with other departments and functions of the Bank.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, process, track and complete all customer transactional dispute using the respective case management programs. • Review, coordinate, track and process all Positive Pay and Reverse Positive Pay return items. • Prepare, review and process all customer transfer remittances (Wires- Domestic & Foreign). • Monitor, review and maintain appropriate recordkeeping of all customer account related maintenance. • Review and correct all daily transactional processing exception items. Post to the appropriate account(s) and return or reject unlocatable transactions. • Prepare all daily transactional ledger account reconciliations. • Prepare and process correction and adjustment ledger entries. • Provide support and assistance to other departments of the Bank (Retail Banking, Lending and Compliance).
Experience:
• 3+ years experience working in Bank Payment Processing or Deposit Operations role. • Experience resolving customer claims and disputes. • Experience processing and posting ledger and accounting entries. • Analytical, organizational and prioritizing skills required. • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe or other PDF programs.
Job Type and Pay Rate:
• Full Time 40 Hours- Monday – Friday • On Site Only- No Remote Option Available • $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
